How Bitcoin Can Help Us Understand Cryptocurrencies

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have a reputation for being cryptic. Other people would consider them as currencies, while some would say that they’re more akin to investments and a store of value. Even the government and other financial institutions can’t fully agree on what they are. The Securities and Exchange Commission say that it is a form of security, while the IRS would say that it is a kind of property.

This confusion and the lack of distinction is what makes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies a speculative and volatile investment. It also doesn’t help that they are pretty much unregulated. There is no central authority, no governments or banks that can step in to regulate.

And like most innovations, cryptocurrencies can evolve once we discover what they are truly capable of and what that would mean for the future of finance.

If you truly believe that cryptocurrencies are the way of the future, then investing in them might be the right move for you. The team behind 1K Daily Profit has developed an exchange platform that can help equip you with the right tools to get you started.

But what exactly are cryptocurrencies? We can start with the first and the largest out of all of them: Bitcoin (also known as BTC).

Bitcoin has attracted a large amount of attention because of its huge potential as an investment tool. Investors buy and hold Bitcoin with the hope that prices rise and make way for them to profit.

Because Bitcoin is a digital currency, it obviously has no physical coins or assets tied to it. All of it exists on the Internet. Bitcoin makes use of its network to be able to make transactions and enable transfers between individuals all across the globe. There are no third parties like banks or payment services like Visa or Paypal involved. This leaves you in full control of your money. Operating as they do has led to people touting it as digital cash since you can send and store it as you wish.

Bitcoin originally really was intended to be the digital equivalent of cash. Its white paper was published in 2008, and in it, it was detailed that it was supposed to be a system that would allow peer-to-peer lending of electronic cash and that it would allow online payments that are direct and without intermediaries or financial institutions involved.

The paper’s author was named Satoshi Nakamoto, although his real name still remains unknown. Nakamoto mined the first Bitcoin in 2009 and then proceeded to create the software that the public would eventually use to mine Bitcoin. Afterwards, he made the first Bitcoin transaction, but the monetary value was yet to be assigned to those coins.

This was until a man from Florida had reportedly used 10,000 BTC to buy two pizzas at the price of $25. It wasn’t worth much back then, but at present-day 10,000 BTC would be worth $66 million.

The volatility of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be discouraging, but this volatility often makes way for opportunities to profit. For those who have a high-risk appetite, crypto might just be for you. You can head off to the mentioned above 1K Daily Profit platform for crypto trading.

After that first Bitcoin transaction, digital currency exchanges were established in order to facilitate future online transactions. This was the first time in history where people were able to transact directly with each other across the world without going through numerous intermediaries.

But if cryptocurrencies aren’t governed by any central authority, then how can we verify the legitimacy of the transactions? This is where blockchain technology comes in handy.

Blockchain is the digital ledger technology behind Bitcoin. It acts as an accounting ledger that keeps and maintains a database of all Bitcoin transactions that take place in the network. It’s open-source and free for all, and anyone can view it with the use of the right software. When a person makes any kind of transaction on the Bitcoin network, the network updates the blockchain and adds a fully detailed ledger of the exchange for the whole network to see.

This kind of transparency is what makes the network secure. Blockchain has often been described as a kind of Google Sheet that all the people in the network have a copy of. If anyone made a modification, everyone would be able to see it. The blockchains make use of a person’s digital address when recording a transaction, making it pseudonymous.

So, what determines Bitcoin’s Value?

Well, initially, it was believed that Bitcoin is limited in supply by nature would make it similar to gold, but this was not the case. Gold did not get its high value by simply being scarce; gold became valuable because we began using it as currency and placed value upon it. It was simply the only metal available in the old days that was able to keep the impression of a royalty’s crest without looking shoddy like clay did. Gold would simply be another metal if humans hadn’t placed value on it.

The same concept holds true for Bitcoin. It has value because people believe it can be used as a medium of exchange or a store of value. If you look at it, the price of Bitcoin is based around the belief that someday the network can be useful to society. Any kind of change in those beliefs reflect directly onto its prices, and that is why Bitcoin prices are so volatile.

How to Fix Repost Option Not Showing on TikTok

TikTok users nowadays are experiencing more difficulty using some features of social media apps. Today, we will be explaining how to fix the repost option not showing on TikTok.

The new repost feature was introduced on TikTok in December 2021. This tool lets you repost videos you see on the For You page.

Reposting TikTok videos will make the videos visible to your friends too. Just like you, they can find and be able to watch such videos shared on their For You and Following pages.

Also, See:

Besides, if you personally left a comment on such a video, they will be able to see it too. The video is marked as Reposted by friends.

In short, when you see a TikTok video marked as Reposted by friends, one of your friends must have shared it.

The new repost feature has not been rolled out globally, reason why some TikTok users cannot find the feature at the moment.

Below, we have explicitly explained why you do not have the TikTok repost option yet and how to get it fixed.

What is the repost feature on TikTok?

The TikTok repost feature lets you share videos with your friends. Reposting a video will make it suggested to your friends on their For You and Following pages. However, the video will be marked as Reposted by friends.

Also, your comments on a TikTok video you shared or reposted will become visible to your friends as well. However, only friends who follow you and you follow back on TikTok will get the video suggested to them.

The repost tool is aimed at getting more engagement for content creators by allowing users to share contents they find interesting or pleasing with their circle of friends.

Why don’t I have the repost option on TikTok?

The repost option has only been rolled out in specific countries and not globally. As a result, not everyone can see or use the feature yet.

If you cannot see this option at the moment, you are not alone. The TikTok feature simply hasn’t been rolled out to you yet.

TikTok affirmed in early 2022 that the feature is still been tested with a small number of users. Hence, you haven’t committed any crime by not seeing it yet.

To get the TikTok update, simply wait until the update gets to you. However, ensure you update your TikTok app frequently to get the update once it gets to your region.

The TikTok app can be updated from the Google Play Store on Android devices and as well as the Apple App Store on iOS.

What Does Chupagetti Mean on TikTok?

Many times, the TikTok comments section gets flooded with funny comments. One of such comments is the “Chupagetti”. Here, we have explained what Chupagetti mean on TikTok.

Since late March 2022, TikTok experienced a surge in the “Chupagetti” comments. The comment gaining fast popularity among many TikTok users reads:

“Here’s the recipe for ✨CHUPAGETTI✨”.

Also, See:

As a new TikTok user, one might get lost seeing a comment like this under a video. Also, little do many know that new trends are created on TikTok every time and some even get popular in the process.

The CHUPAGETTI comment started as a trend and is been writing almost on every video you come across on the For You page.

Below, we have explained what Chupagetti mean on TikTok and how the trend started.

What does Chupagetti mean on TikTok?

The TikTok Chupagetti comment comprises two words combined: “Chupa” and “Spaghetti”. Chupa is a Filipino word which means suck. However, Getti is from the common Spaghetti food we all eat.

Although this word has become a trend and many users are eager to spam it under a video, many still do not know what it means even though they use it. They are just merely eager to follow the trend.

However, some users find this trend annoying. In fact, many took to Twitter to rant about how annoying the trend is. Although, with time, just like every other trend, the Chupagetti comments will be put to rest.

Where did Chupagetti come from?

The Chupagetti slang or comment originated from a joke made by the Filipino creator, Tyrone Tiaga who uses the combined words of Chupa and ghetti in his video dated back to 2021.

However, due to a misspelling, the ghetti syllable changed to getti. But, the first person to use CHUPAGETTI as a comment is still unknown to this moment.

CHUPAGETTI has become a global trend and most people are using it as a comment.
